Where to find my orders?

You can find your orders on your registered account. Please make sure that you have logged in the right account. Once you have done so you may access your order.

 

How do I change my details?

1.Click "Sign in" on our homepage.

2.Select "Settings" in your account, then change details.

 

How do I reset my password 

The password needs to be changed or reset online by customer. You can follow the steps below:

  1. Click "Sign in" on our homepage
  2. Select "forgot your password"
  3. Enter your registered email address in the provided box.
  4. You may receive the reset email and you will create a new password with the link. Please also check your junk mail folder if you cannot locate our mail.
  5. Enter the new password to log into your account.

 ORDERS 

Why didn’t I get get an email about my order being shipped?

It will normally take 3-7 business days for preparation before shipment.

We will inform you with an email after shipment or if there is any delay. You can check the junk mail first if you didn’t receive it.

If you can't find an email fifteen days after you’ve placed the order, please contact Naky Boutique customer service.

 

How do I change my shipping address once my order is place?

We can only update your shipping address before shipment.

To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.

Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address.

And we are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status by checking "My Orders" to make sure you can receive your order.

 

How can I change my order?

Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment.

It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address.

Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

 

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your Naky Boutique account and click "My Orders" button to see your orders. 

 

How long will it take my order to arrive? 

At Naky Boutique, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. Normally you will receive your order in 10-30 business days from the date that it is placed.

The delivery days = processing days + shipping days.

Why didn’t I get a confirmation about my order?

If you sign in with a normal email when you make an order, you will get an order confirmation from us in 24 hours, you can check the junk mail first if you didn’t receive it.If there is still nothing after a check, you can contact our customer service.

  

How can I make order?

This is the step for how to make an order:

Step 1:To add an item into your cart, simply select the “Add to Bag” button. Don't forget to choose the size and color before adding an item to your bag.

Step 2:Once you complete your selection of items, click on “VIEW BAG” for a preview of your order. From here, you can review your order and change the quantity if necessary,edit address,choose the shipping company

Step 3:Choose paypal or credit card to pay for your order ,and Finally, complete your payment information and click “Pay” to complete your purchase.

 

1. How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents in the ‘mini bag’ at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout.

2.How do I find a specific item?

If you know exactly what you are looking for, we have a search function in the top right-hand corner in our online store, which can be used to look for products by using product name if you know it. 

3.How do I know if an item is in stock?

Most items shown are in stock. When you roll over a product, you can immediately see its size availability. If  you see a circle with sold out within, this means the item is out of stock. Items that are not yet in stock may Coming Back; so, you can inform us of your interest by contacting us available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note that even if a product is in your shopping bag, it isn’t reserved, and will be available to other customers while you are browsing. 

4. What payment methods does Naky Boutique accept?

We accept Paypal or Visa,ApplePay, GPay and MasterCard.  

5. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process. 

6. How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located will your order be accepted and the items shipped. At this point, you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. If this is not possible you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock pieces and your payment for the items will not be processed. 

7. When will I receive my order?

Because of high demands of our products, orders in UK are delivered at least within 10 - 15 days, orders in the Europe are at least 15 - 20 days. You will receive a tracking number so you can track your order once dispatched. 

8. Can I collect my order instead?

No we do not offer collection option. 

9. Am I able to track my order?

Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email us at nakyboutique@gmail.com and we will track the order on your behalf. 

10. Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. 

11. How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Naky Boutique, Flat 21 Chestnut House, Brockley road , London, SE4 2RT, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sales are final no exceptions. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, ALL BLACK FRIDAY SALES ARE FINAL SALE, which means NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. We do not accept exchanges on SALE items, which means if the price is reduced from its regular price then it is considered a sale item. 
-ALL SALE ITEMS (Including Deals with promo codes) ARE FINAL SALE (No Exceptions)
-Only one time exchange per order.
-Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 24 hours of delivery 

Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item.
 
Order Changes & Cancellations: An order can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped. Any orders for Pre-Order or Special Order Item(s) cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.
